Low-fat cottage cheese with a homemade vanilla ice cream
1 litre low-fat milk
200-250 g of honey
Method of preparation:
Boil the milk with honey. beat well the eggs, add a little hot milk, stir and pour in a thin stream into the bowl with boiling milk, all the while whisking the mixture with the whisk on low heat until bubbles. Remove the mixture from heat and cool, stirring occasionally, then flavored to taste with vanilla and freeze.
after the ice cream is ready add the cheese and blend…you can add nuts.
