Fritters of zucchini with cheese and garlic
1 medium zucchini
50 c. grated cheese
clove of garlic
1 tbsp flour
Zucchini peel and grate, to drive the egg, mix well.
Add to zucchini grated cheese and chopped garlic clove, salt and pepper to taste, add flour, stir.
Fry the pancakes in oil until golden brown.
Very tasty to eat such pancakes with a sauce of sour cream and finely chopped greens.
