Cake with peaches
— 130 g butter
— 125 g flour
— 100 g of sugar
— 2 eggs
— 100 g of honey
— 300 g canned peaches
The butter should be cut into small cubes.
Add butter to the flour and sugar (50 g) and thoroughly RUB the mixture with fingers until small crumb.
Beat the eggs with the remaining sugar and add to flour mixture.
Very interesting accent gives the cake the honey (about two tablespoons). Carefully mix everything together and get the finished dough.
Flat baking pan grease with butter and put in it the pieces of peach. You can cut them smaller, but you can leave the halves.
Spread the dough, the filling, first of all, the free space between the peaches.
