Vegetable casserole with stuffing

Ideal with hearty casseroles, if you are expecting guests.

Ingredients:
— 700-800 g ground beef
— 6 medium potatoes
— 1 large onion onion
— 1 medium eggplant
— 3-4 medium tomatoes
— cheese (can be without it)
— fresh purple Basil
— olive oil
— salt,pepper, oregano

Preparation:
1. Potatoes, tomatoes and eggplant cut into thin circles, eggplant with two sides quickly fry in a pan grill.
2. Stuffing mix with chopped purple onion and Basil, season with salt and pepper, add a couple pinches of oregano.
3. To assemble the casserole:
