Vanilla cheesecake with chocolate sauce
Ingredients 6 large pancakes:
Cottage cheese — 200 g
Egg — 1 PC.
Vanilla extract — 1 tsp
Sugar — 1 tbsp (or to taste)
Flour — 2 tbsp
Baking powder on the tip of a knife
Salt to taste
Sunflower oil for frying
1. Cheese mash with a fork, add the egg, sugar and vanilla extract, mix well.
2. Sift flour with baking powder and salt and add to the curd mass, gently stir in the cheese. The dough should be soft, but behind the walls of the cookware. Remove the dough in the fridge for half an hour.
3. Pan greased with oil, heat. Wet hands to shape small cheesecakes, to book my them in flour and place on a pan. To fry cheese cakes over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side.
For chocolate sauce 50 g of dark chocolate to break into pieces and melt in a water bath. In a pan heat 100 ml cream (fat content — as far as conscience will allow :)). Do not boil! Chocolate remove from heat. A La carte add the cream to the chocolate, stirring the sauce with a wooden spatula. Add and stir until you get a sauce of the desired consistency.
