Tomatoes baked


Red tomatoes 600 g
Ground black pepper 5 g
Sea salt 5 g
Basil dried 5 g
Oregano 2 g
Rosemary leaves 2 g
Parmesan 100 g
Olive oil 50 ml


1.Tomatoes, cut in half lengthwise, season with salt and pepper.
Chopped very fine grater Parmesan mix with herbs: dried Basil, rosemary, oregano.
2.Can shoot parchment on a baking sheet and place on top of tomato halves. Drop on each half a drop of olive oil. Lay on top of the cheese-herb mixture.

3.Dripping oil again, better if you make a small hole so that the oil didn’t run away.
Bake in preheated oven to 200 °C for 25-30 minutes.tomatoes-baked
