Tender fish pie with vegetables
1 plate of purchased puff unleavened dough (250g)
400 g cod fillet
200 g of a mixture of frozen vegetables
2 tbsp whipping cream (33% or sour cream
1 egg+1 egg yolk
2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Salt, pepper, herbs
Remove the puff pastry from the freezer and leave to thaw for 20 minutes, during this time, prepare the filling
Put frozen vegetables in a pan with a thick bottom over medium heat for 10 minutes, drain in a colander to remove excess water, place in a deep bowl. To the vegetables add the sour cream and egg, mix well!
Cod fillets carefully separate from the bones and cut into large cubes, place in a bowl and grind in a blender until smooth. ( Best to cope with this immersion blender). Add the fish mixture to the vegetables, mix well, season with salt and pepper to taste.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface in a big way. A small pan with high edges brush with oil, place a layer of dough so that there is a free edge in the 3-4 cm, put the filling evenly. Then fold the edges to the center and zaschipnite them!
Yolk stir with a whisk, add a little salt/ dried herbs and oil cake.
Bake pie in a preheated 175 ‘ oven for 45 minutes until Golden brown. Allow to rest for 15-20 minutes and serve!
