You will need:
— 100 g butter
— 2 cups flour
— pinch of salt

— 1 glass of kefir
— 2 eggs

How to prepare:
1. Take 100 grams of butter and grate it into crumbs with two cups of flour, a pinch of salt and soda at the tip of a knife.
2. Then add 1 Cup of buttermilk or sour milk and 2 eggs.
3. Knead the dough, adding flour. The dough should be softer than the dumplings. Leave him to lie down, to rest.
4. Make filling. Take any meat, raw potatoes and onions and cut everything into cubes, like the vinaigrette. Salt, pepper, stir.
5. Next, pinch off a piece of dough, roll out thin tortilla.
6. In the middle put the stuffing and pinch the edges, like khinkali, only leave a hole in the middle.
7. Cakes spread on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper and put into the oven, preheated to 200 C.
8. After 20 minutes, look in the oven. Inside pies appeared liquid. Now in each pie put a piece of butter. And sent again in the oven.
9. After another 20 minutes again look in the oven. The pies begin to brown and the broth inside the already boiled away. Grease each muffin egg, and inside it add a spoonful of the broth.
10. Put into the oven for another 15 minutes. All the pies are ready.
