Tasty curd shortbread biscuits with apples and cinnamon «smile»


100 g of cold butter
140 g flour
190 g of cottage cheese
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder

2 apples
Sugar is optional,I added to the dough about 2 tbsp
Powdered sugar for sprinkling

1. Well chilled butter cut into small cubes or grate on a coarse grater. Combine it with the flour,baking powder and mash in the hands in baby oil.
