Tartlets with tasty toppings
For 24 tartlets you will need:
170 g flour (about one Cup)
100 g of hard cheese (I take Cheddar)
100 g butter
1 egg
pinch of salt one tablespoon of vodka

TARTLETS WITH CHICKEN
Boiled chicken — 400g
Canned asparagus ( pieces) — 250 g
Green peas — 200 g
Concentrated milk — 4 tbsp
Butter — 1 tbsp
White wine — 30 ml
Starch — 1 tbsp
Hot sauce, lemon juice, ground black pepper, salt.
Chicken meat cut into cubes. Put on a pan of green beans and stew. Then add the asparagus along with the brine from the jar, and white wine. Add the diluted cornstarch and stir well.
