Tuna fillet — 150 g
Onion-shallot — 1 piece
Ginger — 10 g
Lemon or lime — 1 piece
Olive oil — to taste
Salt, pepper, chives — to taste
Tuna fillet wash and clean the ginger.
With a sharp knife very quickly chop cooled tuna and shallots ,ginger to grate on a small grater.
Mix all ingredients, season with olive oil and lemon juice, add salt and pepper. Put in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Serve tartare on a cold plate, laying a slide and garnish with chopped onions — sallots.
