Swedish potato salad

Ingredients:

Potatoes — 700 g
Bacon — 150-200 g
Red onion — 1 PC.
Cucumber — 1 PC.
The Apple — 1 PC.
Lemon juice — 1 tbsp
Dill — to taste
Sour cream 20 % — 200 g
Wine vinegar — 1 tbsp
Black pepper — 1 pinch
Sugar — 1 pinch
Salt — 1 pinch

Preparation:

1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Bacon cut into not too small strips and fry in a skillet until crisp.
3. Clean boiled in their skins potatoes and cut into circles.
4. Cucumber and Apple cut into cubes. Apples sprinkle with lemon juice.

5. Slice the onion.
6. Mix all the prepared ingredients.
7. Sour cream, whisk with vinegar. Add a pinch of sugar, salt and pepper. Finely chopped dill can be added to the sauce or sprinkle over a salad after refueling.swedish-potato-salad
