~ 1 white onion (finely cut),
~ 350 g of small mushrooms (boiled whole),
~ buckwheat or beans 1 tbsp. (soak the beans for 8-10 hours, change the water, boil until tender),
~ 4 whole dried plums (rinsed) ,
~ a handful of pistachios
~ 1 Apple (cut into pieces),
~ rosemary sprig,
~ 1 clove of garlic, cut into 4 pieces,
~ 1 tsp fresh ginger.
Preparation:
1. All components mix, Nachinaem duck, sew up.
2. Bake first at 200, then at 170 — just 2 hours.
3. 1 hour until cooked spread on a baking sheet potatoes, 30 minutes apples, garlic, onions, slices of orange with cloves.
4. Nice serve by slicing into portions.
