Spicy marinated shrimp

Basil (fresh, chopped) 1 tbsp
mustard 2 tbsp
red wine vinegar 4 tbsp
shrimp (uncooked) 2 kg
Bay leaf 2 PCs.
lemon juice 4-6 tbsp
shallot 2 PCs.
olive oil 1/4 Cup
peppercorns 3-5 PCs.
parsley (boiled shrimp) 2 sprigs
sugar 1.5 tsp.
fresh parsley (for marinade) 1 tbsp.
dry white wine 1/2 Cup
1 garlic clove

1.A great cold snack for the reception. Put shrimp, Bay leaf, pepper, parsley and white wine in a saucepan. 2.Fill it with water so that the water covered the shrimp about 2 inches. Bring to a boil. Salt.
3.Cook until tender, then place in ice water.
