Spicy coffee APRA
– a liter of milk
– tiles of dark chocolate
– cinnamon stick
– serving black coffee (100-150 ml.)
– orange peel
The cooking process:
In a small saucepan pour the milk, add the chocolate and cinnamon, put on medium heat and be sure to stir without departing from the pan. Once the chocolate has melted, remove from heat, the milk must not boil. Add to the pan a bit of vanilla, coffee and grated orange zest, cover the pan with a lid and allow to infuse for 5-10 minutes.
Not allowed to cool the drink, serve it hot to the table. For a pleasant aroma to the drink you can add a teaspoon of alcohol (brandy, rum, brandy). Served APRA in glasses 200-250 ml. that you can decorate with orange zest or grated chocolate.
