Sour cream – 500 g
Sugar powder – 150 g
Gelatin – 30 g (2 sachets)
Biscuits “cracker” – 300 g.

1. Soak the gelatine in a little cold water, give to swell. Mix sour cream and powdered sugar. Melt the gelatin in a water bath and put into sour cream, stirring quickly.
