Snail Pie with cherries
You will need:
Dough:
200 g of soft butter
A pinch of salt
3 cups flour
1 cup yogurt
1ch.l. baking powder
Vanilla or vanilla sugar
Filling:
Cherry pitted about 500
1/2 cup sugar
How to cook:
1. For the dough Sift the flour into a bowl, add salt, baking powder, stir, add the butter, grind it with flour, then pour yogurt and knead a soft dough, if you feel that a little flour, add.
2. Roll out the dough into a thin layer with a thickness of 3 mm. Cut into strips of 20-30 cm long and 7-8 cm wide. Share on the middle of each strip cherries in a row, sprinkle with sugar and a pinch in sausage))).
3. Place the stuffed cherry sausages in a spiral shape and bake at 200 degrees until golden color, about 30-40 minutes. Cake removed from the mold, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
