Snack roll «Tiger»
Ingredients:
● Eiza
● 2 tbsp flour
● 2st.l.starch
● 100 gr.mayonnaise
● salt,pepper
● greens(I have a 25 gr: frozen)
● 100 grams of olives
● Alo CL.(I had the cream cheese with fish)
● 250-300 slicing red fish (I have 200 +100 g red caviar-trout),
Preparation:
Mix the eggs with flour; starch;mayonnaise,salt,pepper
A little dough to mix with greens
Line a baking tray with baking paper and rest the dough pour in the pan(I had 24 to 34 see, if you have more, add another egg )
Use a teaspoon to spoon the mixture with greens
Slice the olives …
…to pay them on the dough
Bake for 7-10 minutes at 180-200*
From the pan the dough is ready to trip on paper — the top will be the bottom side (the side with the olives will be the bottom).
Lubricate cheese.
Continue to lay eggs…
fish fillets, sprinkle them with lemon
Roll…… and in the refrigerator for 2 hours
