The cooking process
Recipe smoothie: peel the kiwi fruit from the rind, blend it in a blender until smooth. Defrost berries and a little separately, whisk them in a blender, adding to every kind of berries, a spoon of honey. Put the finished smoothie layers in three tall glass, first the strawberries, then kiwi and raspberries. Serve immediately on the table.
