Cottage cheese — 300 Gr
Salted salmon — 250-300 Gr
Lavash — 2 Pieces
Green salad — 70 Gr
Mayonnaise — 3 Tbsp
Sour Cream — 3 Tbsp
Garlic — 3-6 Cloves


Pita bread divide into parts,the first half of the grease curd cheese. From above put lettuce leaves. From above salad to put slices of fish.
Cover with other half of pita.
Prepare the sauce of sour cream, mayonnaise and garlic.
Spread the second sheet of pita with sauce.
Now carefully roll the meat in the roll. Shawarma salmon is served cold,pack the finished roll in plastic wrap and leave in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
