Scrambled eggs in a bun

Ingredients:

-Pastry – 2 pieces -Egg – 2 PCs.
-Slice of ham – 2 PCs.
-Grated cheese – 2 tbsp
-Seasoning of “Grass Italian cuisine” – ½ tsp

Preparation:

1. Cut off the top buns.
2. Make a well in the muffin hole. Add the whole piece of ham.
3. Carefully add the egg and grated cheese.
4. Add herb of Italian cuisine and close the bun top. Wrap with foil.
5. Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes at temperature of 180◦C.
