Saviani with cinnamon and raisins
Dry yeast — 1/2 packet
Flour — 500 g
Sugar — 180 g
Salt — 1/2 tsp
Egg — 1 PC.
Butter — 2 tbsp
Raisins — 100 g
Milk — 200 g
Cinnamon — 3 tsp.
1. All products must be at room temperature. Mix the flour, yeast, half the sugar and salt.
2. Mix milk, egg, half the butter. Mix dry and wet ingredients — knead the dough. 3. The dough should be soft and non-sticky. Cover with a cloth and leave in a warm place for an hour. An hour to knock down and leave for another 15 minutes. Soak in boiling water raisins. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
4. Roll out dough in a rectangular formation, melt the remains of butter and brush it over the dough. Sprinkle remaining sugar and cinnamon, put the raisins. To roll the dough into a roll, cut into slices about 1.5 cm.
