Cover the sandwiches with the second slice of bread.
Carefully cut the edges of sandwich wavy knife (optional, but so they’ll look neater, and better bread soaked with egg mixture.
Lightly whisk the egg with milk and salt.
Dip sandwiches in the egg mixture and keep them in it for 30 seconds.
In a pan heat over medium heat butter. Fry the sandwiches for about two minutes on each side.
Turn the sandwiches carefully, the two blades. After turning a little «press» the sandwich with spatula on top, so better halves are stuck together.
Remove the sandwiches on the Board, wait a minute.
Carefully cut them into triangular halves by a wavy knife.
Served as a main dish for lunch or dinner. You can serve the sandwich with jam and powdered sugar, but I didn’t really want to disturb salty and sweet.
