Sandwich “Corn”

These sandwiches will decorate any festive table

Ingredients:

-3 eggs
-70 g of hard cheese
-mayonnaise
-2 cloves of garlic
-4-6 slices of baguette
canned corn
8 to 10 green onions feathers

Method of preparation:

Cheese and boiled eggs to grate on a fine grater. Squeeze the garlic, add the mayonnaise (the consistency should not be runny). Slices of baguette dry in the pan, on both sides.

Mould the mix into the egg-cheese mass oval ears on baguettes. Decorate the top with the corn,to make sprigs of green onions. But you can from the lettuce, cut lengthwise.sandwich-corn
