Salmon with orange marmalade


Salmon 500 g;
Orange 1 piece;
Orange marmalade 2 tbsp;
Dijon mustard 2 tbsp;
Soy sauce 2 tbsp;
Coriander (ground) 1/2 tsp;
Sesame (seeds) for dusting;


1.Cooking time — 50 minutes
2.Squeeze the juice from the orange.
3.Mix the juice, mustard, orange marmalade, soy sauce and coriander.
4.Put the fish pieces in a baking dish, pour the marinade.
5.Leave on for half an hour.
6.Sprinkle sesame seeds (optional) and place in a preheated 180ᵒС the oven for 15 minutes.
