smoked salmon — 200 g
cherry tomatoes — 200 g
lettuce — several PCs
juice of 1/2 lemon
croutons of white bread — 100 g
olive oil — 2 tablespoons
butter — 20 g
pine nuts — 1 handful
salt, pepper and herbs — to taste
1.Crackers fry in butter to brown.
2.Lettuce leaves, rinse, Pat dry, coarsely napvite and put on plate.
