Salmon grilled with salsa pear and kiwi
The salmon steaks — 4 pieces
Pears – 2 PCs.
Kiwi – 3 PCs.
Cranberries dried – 6 tbsp
Green onion, chopped – 3-4 tbsp
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Honey – 3 tbsp
Mint, fresh, chopped – 3 tbsp
1. Kiwi and pear cut into cubes, green onions and mint, finely chopped.
2. Sliced fruits and greens to put in a Cup, add dried cranberries and sprinkle over whipped sauce of lemon juice and honey. Add salt and pepper to taste, mix well. Salsa let stand for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. The salmon steaks with salt and pepper on both sides and fry in a dry pan and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side (do not overcook, otherwise the fish will be dry).
