Salad with Chinese cabbage with apples
Canned corn — 250 g
Cabbage — 1 PC.
Apple — 3 PCs.
Cucumber salad — 1 piece
Cheese — 200 g
For the filling:
The French mustard — 1 tsp
Olive oil — 1 tbsp
Vinegar — 1 tbsp
Light mayonnaise — 5 tbsp
1. Clean the leaves of Chinese cabbage cut into strips, add shredded apples, cucumber, strained corn and finely grated cheese. All peremeshaem.
2. Mix the dressing: combine the mustard with the vinegar, butter and mayonnaise.
3. Pour some salad dressing and Doolin to taste. 20-30 minutes will be set aside in the fridge.
