Salad with chicken, tomatoes, mushrooms and olives
Chicken fillet — 250 g
Tomatoes — 3 PCs.
Cheese — 150 g
Mushrooms — 200 g
Onion — 1 PC.
Bank of pitted black olives — 1 item
Mayonnaise — 200 g
Salt, pepper — to taste
1. Chicken fillet boil in salted water until cooked and completely cooled. Mushrooms cut into wafers, the onion, and then fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
2. Tomatoes and chicken fillets cut into strips. RUB cheese on a grater.
3. Olives cut into slices. Lay out the ingredients, lubricating each layer with mayonnaise:
1 layer – chicken
2 layer – mushrooms and onions
3 layer – cheese
4 layer the tomatoes, a little salt and pepper 5 layer the slices of black olives spread over the entire surface of the salad.
