Salad with chicken, peppers and carrots

Ingredients:

● Chicken — 100 grams
● Carrots — 100 grams
● Sweet pepper — 100 grams
● Garlic — 1 clove
● Vegetable oil — 2 tbsp. spoons
● Sour cream — 2 tbsp. spoons
● The salt — 1 pinch
● thyme — to taste

Servings: 1-2

Preparation:

Engaged ingredients: carrots cut into julienne (you can grate), peppers cut into thin slices. Chicken fillet cut into small pieces — as in the photo.

In a frying pan warm up butter, to put our chicken. Fry for 3-4 minutes on all sides. Chicken should get completely ready and slightly crispy — so delicious.

Mix the chicken with chopped vegetables and garlic squeezed. Fill with sour cream, salt to taste and add thyme. Done!salad-with-chicken-peppers-and-carrots
