Salad «White crumb»
15 quail eggs
15 cherry tomatoes
lettuce leaves for decoration
30 gr pine nuts
For the filling:
1 tbsp mustard
a little salt
1.At the bottom of the dish lay out lettuce leaves.
2.Cut in half, boiled quail eggs, put them on the salad. Cut in half the tomatoes, spread on eggs. PA put tomatoes mozzarella.
3.On top sprinkle with pine nuts and spread the olives. Decorate with greens to your taste.
4.Prepare the dressing. In olive oil add mustard, salt and lemon juice. Dressed our salad.
