Salad «Panzanella»

Preparation time: 25 minutes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

Tomatoes — 200 g
The French baguette — 200 g
Onions — 50 g
Green salad — 100 g
Olive oil — 100 ml
Wine vinegar — 1 tbsp
Basil leaves — to taste
Salt — to taste
Ground black pepper — to taste


1. Break bread into small pieces and dry it in the oven.
2. Tomatoes coarsely chop, chop onions.
3. For the filling mix the olive oil with wine vinegar, salt and pepper.
4. In a large bowl, mix the tomatoes, onion, shredded hands of the lettuce and Basil.
5. Put the salad on a plate and pour dressing.salad-panzanella
