Salad «Fish»
Ingredients:
— 1 kg of fish putasu,
— 3 PCs onion,
— 6 eggs boiled,
— 4 pieces of boiled carrots,
— 150 g butter,
— mayonnaise.
For decoration:
— onions,
— cucumber,
— greens.
Preparation:
Clean the fish and boil in salted water. Drain, cool, remove the bones and mash with your hands or a fork.

8 layer — 3 eggs, rubbed on a medium grater,
9 layer — 1/2 carrot, grated on medium grater,
10 layer — mayonnaise.
