Chicken breast — 400 g
Russian cheese — 100 g
Walnuts — 100 g
Mayonnaise — 300 g
Lettuce leaves — a bunch
Salt — to taste
1. Chicken breast cooked in salted water until tender, cool and cut into cubes.
2. Beets boil, cool, peel and grate on a fine grater.
3. Grate the cheese on a small grater.
4. Nuts grind.
5. Salad arrange on lettuce leaves layers: beets, walnuts, chicken, cheese. Each layer, except the top, coat with mayonnaise. Sprinkle chopped walnuts.
