Salad «Cap» with chicken liver and rice
Ingredients for salad:
300 g chicken liver
1/2 Cup rice
1 bunch of dill
1.Boiled liver grate. Fry the onion in vegetable oil. Boil the rice in salted to taste the water.2.Eggs also grate on a grater. On a flat dish or bowl put layers of ingredients. The lowest layer isthe liver, then onion, rice, dill, eggs. Each layer is coated with sour cream, or mayonnaise andpurchase to taste.
