Salad «Assol»

Salad «Assol» is found in a variety of ways. But this is most consistent with the title: the odd, tender, moderately spicy, slightly sweet and very light. Salad will not leave the severity and wonderful energy that you have enough strength to realize their dreams.

You will need:

Chicken fillet 350 g
Apple (medium) — 2 PCs
Red onion — 1/2 PCs
Raisins (large, black) — 50 g
Mayonnaise — 3 tablespoons
Mustard — 1 tsp
Sour cream (15-20%) — 3 tablespoons
Wine vinegar — 1 tsp
Ground black pepper — to taste
Salt — to taste

How to prepare:

1. Chicken breast is to cook. Put a pot of water on the stove, bring to a boil, salt the water and put it in the meat. Cook about 15 minutes over medium heat.

2. Take out the cooked meat, allow it to cool and then slice into small pieces. Put in a bowl. Boiled chicken breast itself is dry, but in combination with apples, onions and dressing turns out very tender and juicy.

3. The salad was not only delicious, but also beautiful, we need red apples, and onions too. Onion cut in half and cleaned. Apples wash, cut in half and remove the middle with a knife. Chop the apples and onions in small cubes and put into the bowl to chicken meat.

4. Dressing is cooked very quickly. Add in a bowl the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, wine vinegar and stir. Filling is ready.
