Salad appetizer with chicken and pine nuts
Breast of chicken (boiled) — 1 piece.
Cheese — 200 g;
Tomato — 3 PCs;
The pine nuts — to taste;
Garlic – 2 cloves;
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Mayonnaise or other dressing
Lettuce wash, dry and lay out on a plate. Cut tomatoes into unsubtle rings. Chicken be divided into fiber and lay it over the tomatoes. Then a layer of filling.
I instead of mayonnaise was a mixture of yogurt, mustard, salt, pepper and pressed garlic. Then put grated on a fine grater cheese mixed with finely chopped greens. Another ½ tsp of filling. Pine nuts fry in a dry pan, cool slightly and spread on cheese. Delicious and with the finished chicken – quick salad.
