Royal cheesecake with dried apricots


For the dough:

Flour — 2 cups
Sugar — 1/2 Cup
Soda — 1/4 tsp
Butter — 100 g (margarine)

For the filling:

Cottage cheese — 500 g
Sugar — 1/2 Cup
Chicken eggs — 3 PCs.
Vanilla sugar or vanillin at the tip of the knife, but rather a vanilla pod
Apricot or soft dried apricots


1. Cottage cheese to wipe through a sieve (I love not wiped) and beat the egg and sugar.
2. At the end of whipping add the vanilla. For the dough, chop the butter into small pieces and grind with flour and sugar until the consistency of bread crumbs, in the end, add soda and stir.
3. Baking dish (I have a 26 cm round, square 20*20 cm or another format) brush with butter and sprinkle with flour.
4. Spread 2/3 of the dough, wet curd, put the halves of apricots, you can push them into the stuffing, then top the remaining dough.
