For the cream:
Cold cream from the jar — 225 g
Cream cheese — 110 g
Sugar — 3 tbsp
Lemon juice — 2 tbsp
Condensed milk — ¼ Cup (optional for extra sweetness)
1. Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Roll the sheet of dough, while the second will hold in the freezer.
2. A pizza cutter slice the dough into 30 equal strips.
3. Twist each strip around the mold – cone. Set the molds with the dough on a baking sheet and bake until Golden brown, 12 minutes. Cool completely before stuffing cream.
4. Cream: Beat with a mixer butter cream with sugar. Add lemon juice and cream. Whisk until smooth fairly stable weight. Start cream tubes. Place them on a dish, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
