Roll with herring

Ingredients:

Potatoes — 4 Pieces
Vegetable oil — 1 tablespoon
Yolks — 3 Pieces
Herring fillet — 1 Piece
Carrots — 2 Pieces
Salt — to taste
Onion — 1 Piece
Beets — 1 Piece
package Mayonnaise — 1 Piece
Lemon — 1 Piece

Preparation:
