Roll of salami and cream cheese
0.5 kg cream cheese, room temperature
300 gr salami sliced very thin
1 green pepper, thinly sliced
Spread plastic wrap on the table, put the cheese, cover with another layer of film and roll out with a rolling pin to a thickness in centimeter.
Carefully remove the tape and across the surface of the cheese spread salami, then again cover with the cling film and carefully flip over.
Remove the film from the other side and put cheese on the green pepper.
Now all this is rolled into a tight roll without leaving air voids.
