Rice porrige
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Ingredients for 2 servings:
Milk 3.5% bonus — 340 ml
Cream 35% -s — 160 ml
Arborio rice — 60 g
Butter — 40 g
Condensed milk — 120 g
Vanilla pod — 1 pc.
Oranges — 1 pc.
Preparation:
1. In saucepan, mix the cream with milk and zest, removed with half an orange. Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise, scrape the inside of the knife along with the skin and throw them into the milk and cream.
2. Bring to a boil, cover rice, reduce heat and, stirring occasionally, cook until done (this will take fifteen to eighteen minutes). Stir occasionally necessary because otherwise the rice will sink to the bottom and burnt.
3. Once the rice is ready — stir in the condensed milk, remove the vanilla and remove from heat.
4. Give a little porridge to cool, put a piece of butter, a little stir and serve. Above you can put slices of orange, peeled skins and films.
