A quick pizza in a pan
INGREDIENTS:
— sour cream 100 ml
— kefir 100 ml
— baking soda 1 tsp.
— flour 1 Cup
— egg yolks 2 PCs.
— spices to taste
— sausage 150 g
— cherry tomatoes 5 PCs.
— carrots in Korean 70 g
— cheese 150 g
PREPARATION:
Prepare the filling: cut the tomatoes rings, and bacon or sausage in small pieces. Next, finely chop the carrots in Korean. All products mix in a bowl. Now mix the sour cream, yogurt and soda. Let the mix steep for a few minutes. Add the spices and the yolks. Whisk the mass with a fork. Gently add the sifted flour.
The dough should have a consistency like sour cream. Pour the dough into the pan, greased. Put the filling on top and sprinkle with cheese. The pan cover with a lid and put on low heat.For a pizza it is necessary for 7-10 minutes.
Once the cheese is melted and the dough is ready, the dish should be removed from the fire for a few minutes and leave under the lid.Sprinkle with finely chopped greens.
