Minced 300-400 g
Onions 2-3 PC.
Mushrooms
Egg for gloss
Cream(if any)
Soy sauce(hood without it)
Preparation:
1. One plate of dough to roll out very thin condition.
2. Fry onion, minced; add cream, pepper, soy sauce, salt, hops suneli, etc.
3. Spread the dough as in the picture, «trigem».
4. Put the meat, mushrooms (raw), onion rings (raw), again sprinkle with salt. Raw mushrooms will give more juice.
5. Make braids.
6. Add the egg and put in the oven for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
