Quesadilla with chicken and Emmental

Ingredients:

Chicken breast — 500g
Italian Flatbread — 4 pcs.
Emmental cheese — 300 g

Preparation:

1. Chicken breasts cut into two pieces and fry on both sides of the lid. Cheese grate. Breasts cool and finely chop. Put half of the tortillas on the chicken pieces generously sprinkle with cheese and put the cake in half. Put tortillas on baking sheet and bake until cheese is melted.
2. Cut the finished cake into 3 pieces each.
3. Serve with three kinds of sauce: sour cream with fresh dill, guacamole and salsa.quesadilla-with-chicken-and-emmental
