100-150g of cheese
Preparation:
Mix the water, oil and salt, bring to a boil, add the flour while stirring, when the mixture has cooled to hammer one egg, grate 150g of cheese and mix with the dough. Be deposited on the parchment strips from the pastry syringe and bake for 30 minutes at a temperature of 190-200 C.
