Potato scones.

Delicious potato scones with tea or coffee for lovers of a hearty Breakfast.

You will need:

potatoes 250 g
olive oil 2 tbsp
flour 90 g
baking powder 1 tsp.
salt 1 tsp.

How to cook:

1. Boil the potatoes (or reheat yesterday’s). Add the olive oil, salt. Pound into a puree.
Add flour with baking powder quickly knead a soft dough.

2. Divide the dough in half.
Each half to stretch the hands into round flat cakes with a thickness of 7-8 mm, approximately. Cut into 4 sections.

3. Fry in a pan greased with olive oil, until Golden.
