Potato peaches
Ingredients:
Potatoes — 550 g
Eggs — 2 pieces
Minced meat — 350 g.
Cheese — 130 gr.
Bread crumbs — 0.5 Cup.
Flour — 200 gr.
Onion — 1 PC.
Salt, pepper(paprika), turmeric — to taste
Method of preparation:
Step 1 wash the Potatoes, boil. Cool and remove skin.
Step 2 grate Onion on a fine grater.
Step 3 season the Mince with salt, add spices, onion and mix well. Blind from meat small cutlets and fry on all sides.
Step 4 Potatoes to grate, add salt and pepper and divide in half. In one part add turmeric, and paprika.
Step 5 grate the Cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 6 Then, in each part add the egg, cheese and flour. Diligently to mix.
Step 7 Next, using a tablespoon take potatoes and can make a small cake, one cake with each piece of potato. In the middle of one of the cakes place the cake and close it a second tortilla, edges connect, forming your fingers the peach. And so all the potatoes, alternating tortillas.
