Portioned appetizer with herring

Products:
herring
3 boiled beets
3 boiled carrots
1 processed cheese
1 boiled egg
mayonnaise — to taste
greens for garnish

Preparation:
1. So, from beets cut out small circles (you can make wavy edges or mold for cookie cut out figures).
