400 g pork tenderloin
300 g mushrooms
100 g Bulgarian pepper
100 g of tomatoes
150 ml cream (high fat content)
Salt, black ground pepper — to taste
1. Pork cut into small cubes (centimeter by centimeter). Preheat a frying pan, pour the 50 ml of olive oil and spread our meat here. Season with salt and pepper and roast for 15 minutes.
2. While preparing the pork, chop the vegetables: the tomatoes — diced, bell pepper strips, and mushrooms into large pieces. Ship all in the pan to the meat, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fry for 5 minutes, not forgetting to stir.
3. Now add to meat and vegetables cream and boiled water. Cover with a lid, put on a slow fire. We have to wait 20 minutes fragrant and tasty dish is ready.
